Baseball Association Delhi was formed in December 1983 with an object to promote Baseball Game. Mr. P.C. Bhardwaj founder member of Baseball Game in India took initiative in this matter.
Sardar Sulakhan Singh member of metropolitan council & Dr. L.C. Sharma became president & General Secretary of Baseball Association Delhi respectively

- 18 Baseball players (Boys) received Rs. 5 Lakh each.
- 15 Baseball players (Girls) received Rs. 4.2 Lakh each.

- 75 Baseball players (Girls) received 1.40 Lakh each.
